The RFD Boys - Still “Live & Unrehearsed”

the house band of Michigan bluegrass
The Ark
The RFD Boys have been delighting Ann Arbor audiences since 1969 with their fabulous musicianship and sly, exquisitely timed between-song humor. With an appearance on the cover of Bluegrass Unlimited, with songs recorded by the likes of the Country Gentlemen, and with performances alongside bluegrass greats like Bill Monroe and Ralph Stanley, the RFD Boys are a part of America's bluegrass tradition. One of southeastern Michigan's most durable musical ensembles, they're very much a local tradition, too.

Please join us on Saturday, November 21, 2015 8pm at the Ark to raise money for the Richard V.A. Dieterle Memorial Bandstand. We will be joined on the stage by some of Ann Arbor’s finest musicians. If you are unable to attend donations in the form of a check should be made out to Webster Township Historical Society or WTHS and mailed to P.O. Box 253, Dexter, Michigan 48130.  WTHS is a 501(c)(3) organization; contributions are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.
